The Spirit of Creation was designed and created by Kim and Nohemi to benefit all of life. We are deeply curious about the human journey and love exploring the phenomena, sensations, emotions, and energetics that arise in triggering situations. From involuntary autonomic nervous system reactions to conscious + chosen self-led decisions and actions.
By identifying limitations through deep psychology work and letting go of non-meaningful emotions in the present now by feeling them all, discerning, and deciding... A space is then created for wisdom and truth to emerge. As embodied teachers & artists, we put ourselves in the fire first. This is done to hold safe, coherent containers as well as to share from our embodied experience in life.

Nohemi Janis
Co-Founder & Lead Facilitator
Nohemi is a Lifestyle Artist. A creative at heart who pours her loving flourishing powers into everything she touches. She is also an embodied leadership facilitator and teacher of relationship dynamics, devoted to cultivating a new standard of leadership. One that is as deeply impactful and artistic as it is human. A merging of the leader + the artist. She is American-Colombian.
Nohemi draws on her experience as a disciplined athlete, her devotion to the arts, her work building marketing departments in tech startups, and her time serving as COO of the Emotional Release Institute. She brings a sharp mind, sensations, & psychological depth into all areas of her life. She weaves together objective data, the arts, embodiment, psychology, energetics, shamanism, and tantra, elevating leaders to create a sustainable legacy for the world and future generations.
Kim Baden-Kristensen
Co-Founder & Lead Facilitator
Kim is an entrepreneur and leadership educator dedicated to bridging the gap between business excellence and depth psychology.
After a rigorous commercial career at BCG and Vestas, he founded several ventures, including the Med Tech firm Brain+ A/S and the leadership firm S.O.C. His work uses an evidence-based approach, combining psychology with wisdom traditions to build executive capacity through intensive one-to-one training and group programs.
