Who are We?
We are a growing team of humans, psychologists, and leadership facilitators who are fascinated by the human experience. We believe that when individuals can master their internal world, they become truly remarkable.
This path toward freedom and success, The Spirit of Creation, was designed and created by Kim and Nohemi to benefit the whole. We are deeply curious about the human journey and love exploring the phenomena and energetics that arise in triggering situations. From involuntary autonomous nervous system reactions to voluntary self-led decisions and actions. By identifying limitations through deep psychology work and clearing emotional maladaptations, a space is created for wisdom and truth to emerge. As embodied teachers, we put ourselves in the fire first to hold safe and coherent containers, including high intensity high transformation work for those who are ready.
Nohemi
Co-Founder and Lead FacilitatorNohemi is a leadership facilitator and teacher of relationship dynamics, devoted to cultivating a new standard of leadership, one that is as impactful as it is deeply human.
Drawing on her experience building marketing organizations and serving as COO at the Emotional Release Institute, she brings both operational rigor and psychological depth to her work. Her approach weaves together objective data, embodiment, psychology, energetics, shamanism, and tantra to develop leaders capable of creating a lasting legacy for future generations.
Kim
Co-Founder and Facilitator.Kim is an entrepreneur and leadership educator dedicated to bridging the gap between business excellence and depth psychology.
After a rigorous commercial career at BCG and Vestas, he founded several ventures, including the MedTech firm Brain+ A/S and the leadership firm S.O.C. His work uses an evidence-based approach, combining psychology with wisdom traditions to build executive capacity through intensive one to one training and group programs.
